How to make wontons

Many new wives are very troubled by cooking skills, and making wontons is a dish suitable for novices to learn. It doesn’t require a very complicated method, just a simple stir-fry will do. This dish tastes good whether you eat it with dry rice or porridge. A bowl of soup after the meal will make it taste even better.

1. Add some soy sauce, chicken essence and thirteen spices to the minced meat and marinate for 10 minutes.

2. After marinating, add chopped green onions, season with salt and mix well

3. Prepare wonton wrappers, meat filling, and water

4. Put the meat filling in the middle of the skin

5. Apply a little water on the top and fold it in half

6. Then turn it down a little as shown in the picture, turn it back and apply water on it to stick it on.

7. As shown in the picture, the first method is wrapped

8. Place the meat filling in the middle

9. Apply water to 1/3 of the surface and stick it on as shown in the picture.

10. Apply some water on the lower left corner, pull the right corner over and stick it on.
