How to make red bean paste steamed buns

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add appropriate amount of sugar and yeast and mix well.

2. Knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and place in a warm place to rise until it is 2.5 times larger than the original size. It is ready when your finger dipped in flour does not shrink.

3. Pour warm water and stir the flour until it becomes floc-like.

4. Prepare an appropriate amount of red bean paste.

5. Knead the dough for a few minutes to release the air, then pinch off a small piece of dough and roll it into a long strip. The thickness of the strip determines the size of the steamed buns.

6. Use a dough stick to press down in the middle of the strip.

7. Make the middle concave.

8. Take an appropriate amount of red bean paste, knead it into long strips and put it into the concave pit. (You can put more or less red bean paste as you like)

9. Pinch the upper and lower rows of dough tightly to prevent them from falling apart.

10. Pick up the long strips wrapped with red bean paste, rub them gently and place them with the seam facing down to form long strips.

11. Cut into small pieces with a knife.

15. There are many children at home, so I steamed 3 pots at a time. One pot was finished in an instant, and the remaining two pots can be packed in bags and refrigerated in the refrigerator. Just steam and heat them when eating.
