First, boil the oil in a certain proportion, then stir-fry more than 20 ingredients needed to make ban mian in the oil, stir-fry over low heat until they turn yellow, then remove the dry ingredients and set aside, put the peppers and diced beef into the oil and fry for 2-5 minutes. Put the prepared garlic sauce, bean paste, salt, MSG and other condiments into water in equal proportions, pour them into the oil together with the dry ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. The flat noodle stew is now ready. Put a few boiled eggs in the stew and soak them in it before eating.

High-quality wheat, flat noodles take wheat flour, mix it with flour and cold water to make dough, and add a little salt and alkali to stir the noodles twice, set aside. Put corn starch in a cloth bag, cut the dough into rectangular pieces about 8 cm long and 2 cm wide, then pat them with corn starch. Finally, put them on the iron plate and cover them with a wet cloth for later use.
