How to make hedgehog milk steamed buns

Friends who like to eat pasta must not miss the method of making hedgehog milk-flavored steamed buns. Its flavors are very diverse and can be determined according to your own preferences. It can be easily made anywhere. After the method and ingredients are prepared, you can start cooking. 1. Add yeast to milk, stir well and let it stand for five minutes. Pour the milk and yeast mixture into the flour while stirring until it becomes cotton-like. Knead it into a smooth dough with your hands and cover it with a wet cloth to let it rise.

2. Knead the dough for a few minutes to release air, then divide it into small pieces of even size.

3. Let it rise until it is twice as large. When you dip your finger in water and insert it into the dough, it does not shrink back.

4. Prepare some washed black beans. Red beans, mung beans, and sesame seeds are all fine.

5. Roll the small dough into a ball, pinch it into a cone shape to make the mouth, stick black beans dipped in water on it, and press them in to make the eyes.

6. Use scissors to cut rows of sharp teeth on the dough to complete the little hedgehog. The finer and denser the scissors are, the better it looks!

7. Apply some oil on the steamer, place the prepared steamed buns on it, put the pot in cold water and cook over high heat until steam comes out, then cover the pot. Continue steaming for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes.

8. Take it out and eat.

9. Children will love the various cartoon shapes!

10. It’s actually not bad to cut the thorns in reverse!
