How to make lean meat fried green pepper

1. Wash the green pepper and cut it into oblique slices, cut the pork into thin slices, and chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.

2. Put the pork into a container, add cooking wine, a little salt and starch and marinate for twenty minutes.

3. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 50%, then add chopped ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
