How to make homemade flower rolls

When living alone, I often have no motivation to cook. I want to enrich my diet, but I’m worried that I won’t be able to finish it. Homemade flower rolls can solve your troubles. This dish can meet the nutritional needs of the human body every day, and you can control the portion yourself, so a single meal can also be very rich.

1. Prepare the ingredients: fine chili powder, Angel yeast, sesame oil, salt and bay leaves.

2. Pour the flour into a bowl, dissolve half a bag of Angel yeast completely with warm water, pour it into the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Add a little water.

3. After kneading the dough, cover it with a rag and place it in a warm place to ferment until it is 1.5-2 times larger.

4. The dough is ready when it has risen to the point where it forms a honeycomb shape.

5. Add flour and knead repeatedly to prepare for the next step.

6. After rolling out the dough, sprinkle some salt, bay leaves, chili powder, and add a spoonful of sesame oil.

7. Spread the seasoning evenly around the surface.

8. Start rolling up from the bottom. Sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board to prevent the dough from sticking.

9. The rolled noodles are ready to be cut.

10. Cut into even portions of the same size.

11. Step 1: Pick up a piece and stretch it slightly to both sides.

12. Step 2: Fold it in half after pulling it open.

13. Step 3: After folding it in half, pull it apart like in the first step.

14. Step 4: Pinch both sides down and tighten them.

15. Arrange the rolled steamed buns, boil the water in the pot and then steam them.

16. Steam for about 20-30 minutes. Do not open the lid of the pot during the cooking process. A pot of spicy steamed buns is ready.

17. A pot of non-spicy steamed buns is ready.

If you want to be healthy, you can't be lazy. Making a few delicious dishes at home is one of the greatest things in the world. Homemade steamed buns are simple to make and the ingredients are easy to obtain, so you might as well eat more of them.
