9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, top and bottom fire, bake the surface of the middle and lower layers until they are colored, then change to 140 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to poke it before taking it out of the oven to see if there is any raw paste. It is baked well without cracks.

10. Shake the cake a few times while it is still hot, then turn it upside down and let it dry naturally.
