How to make steamed buns with chive and pork filling

No one can resist the temptation of delicious food. Buns stuffed with leeks and pork are a dish that makes people drool. Unlike heavy-flavored dishes, the ingredients for this dish are very simple to prepare, but when it is cooked, it is delicious and fragrant, and it is a fine dish suitable for home use.

1. Prepare ingredients: 165g flour, 2g yeast. Water 70g.

2. Set aside 30g of flour for kneading the dough. Take 135g of flour, add water and yeast, and knead into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment. Wait until it's twice as large.

3. You can make meat filling during the fermentation period. Chop pork belly, garlic, scallion and chives.

4. Add oil to the pan, stir-fry the minced meat, add salt, light soy sauce and vegetable stock. Fry until cooked and serve.

5. Add chopped leeks and shallots to the plate and mix well.

6. Let cool.

7. After the dough has risen, knead it into strips, cut it into small pieces, and roll it into skins, making it thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

8. Make dumplings. You can pack it in your favorite shape. Wrap and let rest for about 10 minutes.

9. Steam in cold water for about 13-15 minutes.

10. The steamed buns are just out of the oven.
