Steam the refrigerated gluten for about 10 minutes. 20. After cooling, cut into dices. 21. Liangpi is written into strips. 22. Blanch the bean sprouts. 23. Put cold noodles, gluten, bean sprouts, cucumber shreds, coriander, garlic juice, chili oil, sesame seeds, balsamic vinegar and other seasonings in a bowl. 24.
