KFC Crispy Fried Wings

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. KFC's Crispy Fried Chicken Wings are easy to make, don't take too much time, and can achieve the goal of balanced nutrition, meeting the taste requirements of the general public.

2. Pour the marinade into a container, add water and stir until it becomes a paste. Add the chopped garlic, pour into the wing roots and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 5-8 hours. Massage and turn the fish over once during the process.

3. Pour a little more coating powder into a larger container.

4. Take another larger container, fill it with water, and prepare a colander. Pour a little more oil into the pan and heat slowly over low heat.

5. Shake off the excess garlic from the marinated chicken wings and put them in the coating powder. Put 3-5 chicken wings at a time, not too many, for easy handling.

6. Use both hands to spread the coating on the edge onto the base of the wings so that they are evenly coated with coating.

7. Hold the dough with both hands and shake off the excess coating powder.

8. Place it on the colander, immerse it in water for a few seconds, and let it soak in the water quietly without shaking.

9. Remove from water and drain.

10. Pick them up one by one into the flour coating with your hands.

11. Use both hands to spread the powder on the edge onto the base of the wings, as if burying them.

12. Press with both hands (I moved my right hand away to take the photo), repeat steps 11-12, and press repeatedly 7-8 times to get crispy scales.

13. Pick it up and shake off the excess coating, and the crispy scales are ready. If you have two sieves, you can put the wrapped wing roots on the sieve to sift out the excess.

14. After everything is done, put it aside and wait for the oil temperature to rise.

15. The required oil temperature is about 170℃. Bubbles appear immediately when you insert chopsticks into the oil. Put the wings one by one in. Don't turn them over immediately. Wait until the crispy scales are set.

16. The oil temperature must be high enough so that the wings will have crispy scales when put into the pan. As shown in the picture.

17. Fry slowly over low heat! Use low heat! Small fire! Small fire! Too big a fire can easily cause burnt exterior and internal growth! Fry until the wings float and are golden brown, about 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of the wings.

18. Remove from the heat and drain the oil! If you are afraid of greasiness, use kitchen paper to absorb the oil on the surface.

25. You can dip it in ketchup or chili powder. Children can eat the sweet and sour ketchup, while adults can dip it in chili powder.

26. Take a bite, it’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a golden aroma and delicious taste!

27. The crispy scale coating powder I use is from Zimeiyuan, purchased online! Don’t ask me what to do if I don’t have any. Bread crumbs can be used as a substitute, but you can’t achieve the beauty of layers of crispy scales!
