Dai-style lemongrass grilled fish recipe

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of Dai-style lemongrass grilled fish is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Prepare the materials

2. Cut the fish close to the bone without cutting it off

3. Wash the ingredients, slice the ginger, cut the lemon into pieces, chop the roots of the lemongrass and keep the leaves for later use

4. Stuff the lemon cubes, lemongrass and ginger slices into the fish belly.

5. Use soy sauce, cooking wine, fish sauce and oil to make a sauce and pour it all over the fish and marinate for 15 minutes

6. Wrap the marinated fish with lemongrass leaves and place it in the baking tray

7. Put it into the baking tray at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and take it out

8. Sprinkle some lemon wedges on it.

The Dai-style lemongrass grilled fish dish can be modified according to your own taste, making use of the seasoning to enhance the flavor. Pay attention to adjusting the amount of soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
