How to make marshmallow brownie nut cake

1. First, cut the dark chocolate and butter into pieces and put them into a pot over water to soften them into liquid. Let cool and set aside

2. After it becomes liquid, set it aside to cool and use it later.

3. 2 whole eggs

4. Add sugar, milk powder and 4 drops of vanilla extract. (If you don’t have vanilla extract, you don’t need to add it)

5. Beat the above with a whisk

6. Break up the mixture and mix evenly.

7. Add the chocolate butter liquid that has just cooled.

8. Continue beating with the egg beater...as shown in the picture

9. Finally, add the sifted low flour... stir evenly until no flour is visible.

10. Prepare a baking pan with an inner diameter of 17X17 and an outer diameter of 20X20. Brush a little oil on the bottom to facilitate demoulding and then cover it with oilcloth (oily paper is also OK).

11. Pour in the mixed liquid above... Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 8 minutes... Drop it on the table a few times to shake out the bubbles. Bake at 170 degrees for another 20 minutes and remove from the oven. . . . . There are too many steps to take, so I didn’t take any photos.

12. Immediately after it comes out of the oven, spread chopped walnuts, almond slices, a little dried cranberries and a little raisins...as shown in the picture...

13. Continue to add half a marshmallow as shown in the picture to increase the crispy taste.

14. Continue to bake at 170 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes... the marshmallows are colored and ready...

15. I made custard sauce a few days ago and put it into the piping tape and squeezed it on...

16. Cut the marshmallows into pieces while they are still hot. Pull the hot marshmallows and they are so chewy.

17. It is crispy and soft, with a nutty taste of walnuts and almonds in the middle, and a little sour cranberry, which is not greasy at all.

18. If you don’t like custard sauce, squeeze chocolate sauce on it. . . The color will be prettier. I'm lazy ^O^/.
