12. Start rolling from the bottom and move upwards, leaving a little at the top.

13. Cut off the excess surface at both ends and cut into two equal parts.

14. Place the same items close together in pairs.

15. Hold it with chopsticks and adjust the height yourself. Don't use too much force when clamping. Just pinch lightly and the butterfly wings will be formed.

16. Add cold water to the pot and place the butterfly buns. Start steaming over medium heat, and start when you see steam coming out of the edge of the pot. Turn off the heat after 15-20 minutes.
