1. Add baking powder to the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Let it ferment.

2. Soak the glutinous rice the night before, steam it, then add diced ham, diced sausage, chopped green onion, light soy sauce and mix well.

3. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.

4. Knead again until air is released, then spread it out.

6. Roll it up, let it sit for ten minutes and then put it into the steamer. After the steam comes up over high heat, steam it over medium heat for fifteen minutes. After steaming, cut into steamed buns of equal size.
