2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, appropriate amount of frying oil, appropriate amount of low-gluten flour, appropriate amount of pepper

3. Heat the pan and heat the frying oil to 180℃. Fry the sweet potato strips until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and drain the oil. Sprinkle pepper on them while they are hot.
