11. Continue to pour in the remaining batter. Sprinkle longan pulp on the surface. Shake the mold vigorously a few times to remove air bubbles.

12. Pour half of the batter into a straight cake mold, sprinkle with longan and red dates, and then pour in the rest. Shake the mold vigorously to remove bubbles.

13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then turn it to 160 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes. (The baking temperature and time may vary slightly depending on the oven.) After taking it out of the oven, shake the mold a few times, and immediately turn it upside down after the heat is shaken out until it is completely cooled.

14. Just put the mold on the second layer of the oven. I put it on one layer and accidentally became Bao Gong. This amount was used to make a 6-inch loose bottom and an angel mold, with a small pie plate on the outside.
