Cumin Lamb (Roasted)

1. Marinate the mutton with salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine, and pepper powder, and use the kneading method to make the mutton taste good. Then cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

2. Set the air fryer temperature to 200 degrees and the time to 20 minutes. (The cooking time can be increased or decreased according to the amount of mutton)

3. Spread the lamb evenly in the air fryer.

4. Two minutes before baking is finished, open the pan, sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, and sesame seeds, and bake for another two minutes. (If you put it in too early, the seasoning will burn.)

5. After baking for about 10 minutes, open the pot, turn the lamb over and continue baking.

6. Place lettuce on the bottom and prepare to serve.

7. The air fryer makes a dinging sound. The fragrant roast lamb makes its debut.
