1. Prepare ingredients: chicken wings, scallion, ginger marinade package (available in supermarkets)

3. Put the chicken wings in a pot, add water and cooking wine to blanch them. Boil the water for a while.

5. Add warm water to the pot, put in the marinade bag, pour in the dark soy sauce, sugar, ginger, scallion and chicken wings, cover the pot, turn on high heat and then low heat for 15 minutes.

6. Add salt after 5 minutes and continue to stew for 10 minutes before turning off the heat

7. After turning off the heat, do not open the lid and let it soak for at least 3 hours. (I braised it at night, turned off the heat and took it out the next morning, about six hours)

8. When the time is up, serve the finished product on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions. Do you like it? Let’s eat
