5. Then pour in the milk and continue to stir and blend.

7. Add 2-3 drops of rum to the egg whites to remove the egg smell, and add less than 1 gram of tartar powder to stabilize the whipping of the egg whites.

8. Then use an electric whisk to beat the egg whites at high speed. When you see big bubbles, add the first batch of sugar.

9. Continue beating until the bubbles become denser and smaller, then add the second serving of sugar.

11. Beat until it is stiff, you can feel a little resistance, the egg white has clear lines, and when you pull up the egg whip, there are upright corners and a little bend.

12. Then take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste, stir evenly with a spatula.

13. Pour it back into the remaining egg whites and fold it into a uniform cake batter.

14. Put a little cake batter into another bowl, add cocoa powder and mix well, put it into the piping bag for later use

15. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan, vibrate the air bag, and smooth the surface

16. Then use the cocoa cake paste to squeeze out a few lines, use the toothpick to draw out the latte art from left to right, and then use the toothpick to draw out the latte art from right to left. Repeat several times to complete the latte art.

17. Put it into the preheated 170 degree oven and bake it in the middle layer for 20 minutes

18. Turn it upside down after it cools down a bit and remove the tin foil at the bottom.

19. Apply some strawberry jam (thickness is optional)

20. While it is still slightly hot, quickly roll it up and wrap it with baking paper or tin foil. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to set.
