11. Pour the sauce for marinating spareribs into the pot, then add an appropriate amount of water, until the amount of water is roughly equal to the spareribs;

12. Bring to a boil over medium heat and remove the foam;

13. After the foam is removed, cover the pot and simmer on low heat;

14. Simmer until the ribs are tender, about 40 minutes;

15. Open the lid of the pot, turn to medium heat and slowly simmer the sauce. When the soup becomes less and thicker, you can turn off the heat. Chop shallots;
