How to make leftover minced meat delicious

Pork lotus root cake

Ingredients: 400g fresh minced pork, 1 lotus root, a little ginger, 1 egg, 1/2 spoon dark soy sauce, 2 spoons light soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon salt, a little water starch, a little sesame oil, a little oil

practice:

1. Peel the lotus root and cut it into small pieces. Chop the ginger into fine pieces and set aside.

2. Put the minced lotus root, minced meat and minced ginger in a bowl, then add 1 egg white, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of salt, a little water starch and a little sesame oil.

3. Stir vigorously in one direction until the filling can no longer be stirred. Take an appropriate amount of filling in your hand and shape it into a small round cake.

4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry over low heat. Turn over when one side is slightly yellow and take out when the lotus root cake is cooked.

Roasted Eggplant with Garlic and Minced Pork

Ingredients: 120g minced meat, 2 eggplants, garlic, onion, 1 red pepper, soybean paste, soy sauce, oil

practice:

1. Wash the eggplant, cut it into two pieces and then cut it in half, brush it with a layer of oil

2. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes

3. Chop the red pepper, onion and garlic into small pieces and set aside

4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry until the color turns white, then pour in the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Heat oil, add appropriate amount of soybean paste and soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced meat, garlic and red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

6. Take out the baked eggplant, spread the fried meat sauce on the eggplant, and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.

7. After baking, sprinkle with chopped green onions

Braised Tofu with Minced Meat

Ingredients: a piece of tofu, some minced meat, some onion, ginger and garlic, half an egg white, 1 spoon of corn starch, 1 spoon of sweet noodle sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, a little sesame oil, salt, oil

practice:

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, chop the onion, ginger and garlic into fine pieces for later use

2. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, half an egg white and 1 spoon of corn starch to the minced meat and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring it to a boil, put the tofu into the pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, bring it to a boil over high heat, then remove the tofu and set aside.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until the color turns white, add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add 1 spoon of sweet noodle sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sugar and stir well

6. Add a small bowl of hot water, put in the tofu, season with salt, and then pour in an appropriate amount of water starch

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, drizzle with a little sesame oil, and sprinkle with a little chopped green onions on a plate.
