How to make whole wheat pig buns

When the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, the gastrointestinal tract becomes very picky, and a good dish is essential. 1. Mix whole wheat flour, flour and yeast powder and set aside.

2. Mix the flour and add warm water to make it into spike shape.

3. Knead the dough into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

5. Add appropriate amount of warm water and stir into flour spikes.

10. Let the prepared piglet dough rise for about 10 minutes, then put it in a pot with cold water and steam it for 30 minutes.

11. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for one or two minutes, then take it out

12. After it has cooled slightly, serve it on a plate. Children will surely like it, and it’s made from whole wheat, so it’s full of nutrition!
