How to make long bean, shiitake mushroom and pork dumplings

Simple cooking is what many people are pursuing nowadays. The dish of long beans, shiitake mushrooms and pork dumplings can be prepared quickly without waiting for a long time.

1. Wash beans, mushrooms, etc. and drain water. Soak fungus in warm water and set aside.

2. Knead the flour and water into a smooth dough and set aside.

3. Add light soy sauce, pepper powder, Sichuan pepper water, chicken essence and sesame oil to the meat filling and mix well.

4. Chop the green onion and ginger, cut the mushrooms into small cubes and add them to the filling and mix well.

5. Chop the long beans and the fungus into small pieces and add them into the stuffing and mix well.

6. Finally, add salt to season and a little sesame oil.

7. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll out the dough, and add the fillings.

8. Wrapped dumplings (please ignore the ugly appearance)

9. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the dumplings and cook for about three minutes. Be careful to stir along the edges.

10. Prepare dipping sauce (personal preference)

11. The dumplings are ready.

12. Serve and enjoy.
