Fried pork recipe

A healthy body needs food to maintain. It is a pity if you get stomach problems because of carelessly eating three meals a day. In normal times, we might as well learn some simple dishes and easily make some nutritious dishes. Fried crispy meat (pork) is simple to make and is not difficult to learn. You can eat it often.

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into long strips, about the same length as your little finger.

2. Add the marinade ingredients to the meat, mix well and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

3. Add water to the batter and mix well

4. Put the marinated meat into the batter and see how much batter is on the meat. It should be as shown in the picture. If you want less batter, make it thinner. If you want it harder, make the batter thicker.

5. Heat the oil in the pan and put the tip of a chopstick into the oil until bubbles appear.

6. Use chopsticks to put the meat into the oil pan one by one. If it floats up just after putting it in, the oil temperature is right. Fry it over medium heat.

7. Fry until golden and crispy, then you can take it out

8. Remove the fried meat from the pan and drain the oil. Let it cool down a bit before serving.

9. When it is not very hot anymore, you can put it on a plate and add a dish of cumin powder, or sprinkle cumin directly on the meat. It is so fragrant.

Cooking at home will make the whole house not seem lonely. The method of fried crispy meat (pork) is very simple. We might as well try it and enjoy the delicious taste.
