Crab and pork ribs soup

Ingredients: 2 choy sums (about 1 kg), 400 g pork ribs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 coriander

Method: 1) Wash the ribs, blanch them with hot water, remove the blood and drain.

2) Peel the choy sum and cut into pieces.

3) Put the pork ribs and Chinese cabbage into the pot and add water and heat.

4) After the pressure cooker starts to release steam, switch to low heat and heat for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat to release steam, add salt to taste, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.

Carrot and Potato Soup

Ingredients: carrots, potatoes, pork shanks, salt, sesame oil, pepper

Method: 1. Wash and break the pork shank bones, wash and peel the carrots and potatoes, and cut into pieces;

2. Light up the pressure cooker, add the soup and pork ribs and bring to a boil. After boiling for a few minutes, add the carrots and potatoes. After the high heat boils, switch to low heat.

3. Drain the bones, carrots and potatoes before serving. Add salt, sesame oil and pepper.

Tieguanyin chestnut soup

Ingredients: 3g Tieguanyin tea leaves, 300g pork ribs, 120g fresh chestnuts, 1 tsp salt

Preparation: (1) Soak 500g of Tieguanyin tea leaves in hot water for 1 minute, then filter out the tea leaves and set aside the tea soup.

(2) Cut the ribs into small pieces (2 cm wide), blanch them in boiling water and wash them.

(3) Place all ingredients into a round pot and simmer for 1.5 hours. Season with additional salt before serving.

Clam Chowder

Ingredients: 0.5 qian of Chuanxiong and Mino, 0.5 jin of spare ribs, 0.5 jin of clams, 1 tablespoon of shredded ginger, 1 tablespoon of wine, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 cotton bag

Method: 1) Soak the clams in light salt water to spit out all the sand, then wash and chop the ribs into small pieces.

2) Pack the Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in cotton bags.

3) Wash the ribs, add 5 bowls of water and shredded ginger into the pressure cooker.

4) After cooking with the lid open for 15 minutes, when the ribs are cooked through, cover and cook over high heat until the steam is released. Then switch to low heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and release the steam.

5) After opening the lid, add clams and the medicine bag. When the clams open, add salt, wine, and MSG, then remove the medicine bag.

Ginseng, Corn and Pork Ribs Soup

Ingredients: 3 qian of Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus, 2 stalks of corn, 1/2 pound of spareribs, 2 teaspoons of salt

Method: Wash the corn, chop it into small pieces, and blanch the ribs in hot water.

②Put all the ingredients and herbs into a pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Add salt to taste before serving.

Ginseng and Pork Ribs Soup

500g spare ribs, nourish the kidney and blood, nourish yin and moisten dryness. 10g of Codonopsis pilosula can replenish qi and promote the production of body fluids.

5g of Chinese Angelica sinensis can nourish blood, regulate menstruation and relieve pain, moisturize and lubricate the intestines.

10g of Job's tears can remove dampness, maintain health, strengthen the kidneys and promote diuresis, and promote metabolism.

7g of Chinese yam, which strengthens the spleen and lungs, consolidates the kidneys and improves essence. 3g of cinnamon bark, warms the middle, replenishes yang, dispels cold and relieves pain.

Pork chops are used to combine several medicinal ingredients that can replenish qi and blood, warm the yang, nourish the kidneys, and benefit the lungs.
