3. How to make delicious and simple taro stir-fry: taro stir-fried beef shreds

Ingredients: beef, taro, oyster sauce, salad oil, cornstarch, salt, dried chili peppers, onions, ginger, cooking wine, shallots, peppercorns, garlic, and white sugar.

Method: 1. Cut the beef into shreds and marinate it with cooking wine, oyster sauce, a little salad oil, salt and cornstarch for a while. 2. In the space between the marinated meats, cut the ginger and taro into shreds, cut the green onions into rings, chop the shallots, and grind the garlic. 3. Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of oil, sauté garlic, ginger, and green onion, add the shredded beef and stir-fry until it changes color, then set aside. 4. Fry the dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant. Remove the beef from the pot and add the shredded taro and light soy sauce, continue to stir-fry.
