1. Put 5 spoons of flour in the container.

2. Add yeast to a small bowl at 35C. Dissolve in warm water

3. Pour the mixed baking powder into the flour bowl and stir evenly.

4. After the dough has risen, it will be more than twice as large as its original size. Add a small amount of carrots (I used carrots after squeezing carrot juice, which are relatively small and have little water). At this time, you still need to add 2 spoons of dry flour and continue kneading. Knead the flour until the surface is smooth and does not stick to the pan.

5. Divide the kneaded dough into several portions, roll it into strips, and cut it into cubes with a knife. If you want it to be a certain shape, do it by hand. Because kids like donuts, I made it in the shape of donuts.

6. Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes after the water boils and then remove from the heat. The fragrant and elastic steamed buns are ready. Make breakfast, very awesome.
