How to make salt and pepper sesame biscuits

1. Prepare the dough. Knead it in a bread machine for 20 minutes and by hand for about ten minutes.

2. Prepare pepper powder and salt, mix them together. The ratio of pepper to salt is 1:1.

3. Prepare the sesame seeds, just raw sesame seeds will do.

4. Prepare cooking oil. The oil should be cooked oil, which is boiled and then cooled.

5. Beat an egg into a bowl and brush it on the pancakes.

6. Divide the dough into two large pieces, take one piece of dough and roll it into long strips, then pinch it into small pieces of more than 60 grams.

7. Flatten each dough piece like this.

8. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long strip. Make it as thick as the dumpling skin.

9. Brush the rolled dough with oil.

10. Sprinkle with pepper salt.

11. Roll it up from one end as shown in the picture. Finish rolling it all.

12. After rolling, pinch the two ends together, as shown in the picture.

13. Then place the two pinched ends on the bottom, as shown in the picture.

14. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough from the middle to both sides, but don't leave any part at the end.

15. After everything is done, put it in the baking tray and let it ferment for about ten minutes.

16. After ten minutes, brush with egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds evenly.

17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in the refrigerator and bake for 18 to 20 minutes. After the last 3.4 minutes, change to 185 degrees to color it. My oven is like this. If it doesn’t color at 180 degrees, I will increase it by 5 degrees.

It came out of the oven after 180 minutes. When you break it open, you can see that the layers are well-organized. Eat it while it's hot and crispy.
