1. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water until it swells, set aside;

Note: Potassium aluminum sulfate dodecahydrate is added during the production of vermicelli. Excessive intake of aluminum ions can cause dementia. Therefore, although "cold vermicelli" is a delicious dish that can stimulate the appetite and relieve heat in midsummer, you should not eat too much of it.
