How to make handmade jelly

Food safety has always been a big problem in our country. With the exposure of problems such as gutter oil, more and more people have begun to switch from eating out to cooking at home, so that they can eat with peace of mind. Handmade jelly is simple to make, which can effectively avoid eating gutter oil and ensure the health of themselves and their families.

1. Prepare pea powder and boiled water

2. Pour the pea powder into a larger bowl and add one sixth of the water in the bowl to dissolve the pea powder.

3. Pour the remaining water into the pot and bring to a boil.

4. Turn on low heat and slowly pour in the evenly stirred pea flour paste. Pour the paste with one hand and stir with a spoon with the other hand to prevent lumps.

5. At this time, keep cooking over low heat and stir in circles with a spoon to prevent the pot from sticking.

6. Keep cooking until the pea flour paste becomes transparent. This process is very long. The jelly made from undercooked paste will be broken and will not taste chewy.

7. Pour the cooked paste into a clean bowl and let it cool.

8. After cooling down, the jelly can be poured out easily.

9. Add an appropriate amount of water to the jelly, and use a shredder with larger holes to slowly shred the jelly. Be gentle.

10. Put the scraped shreds into a plate.

11. Now let's make the sauce: squeeze minced garlic into a bowl, add a little Weixiang soy sauce, an appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar, an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, chili oil, and finally add cold boiled water and mix well.

12. Pour the sauce into the jelly and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
