How to cook sizzling pork belly

1. Peel and cut the pork, wash it, put it in a pot of cold water, turn on the fire and blanch it;

2.1 Cut the pork into thin slices;

3.2 After the water boils, the foam will slowly float up. Cook the meat until it is about 80% done, and then use hot water to wash away the foam.

4.1 Flatten the dried tofu into two pieces, then cut into diamond shapes, and don't waste the scraps;

5.2 Peel off the old skin on both sides of the dried tofu (this step can be omitted, and the skin can be left on);

6. Turn on the iron plate, brush a layer of oil on it, then brush the mixture of bean paste and seafood sauce on it;

7. Put the meat and tofu on top and fry them, but not at too high a temperature. About 250~300°F;

9. Fry the pork and dried tofu on both sides until golden brown. When arranging the dish, first arrange the eight diamond-shaped dried tofu into an octagonal star, pile the leftovers in the middle, and then place the pork belly around the leftovers.
