How to cook white radish with vinegar

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of cooking white radish with vinegar and soy sauce is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Cut the radish into round slices.

2. Add appropriate amount of white sugar and marinate for one hour.

3. Prepare the sauce: add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a few drops of dark soy sauce, and a little white vinegar to a bowl and mix well.

4. Squeeze out the juice from the pickled radish, pour in the prepared vinegar and sauce, stir evenly, soak for an hour until it absorbs the flavor and is ready to eat.

5. Now it’s time to arrange the dish. Start by placing the radish slices from the outside to the inside.

6. Stack them layer by layer towards the middle, and use three slices of radish to roll up and make the flower center.

7. Pour the soaked sauce on top and sprinkle some chopped red pepper for garnish.
