How to make stir-fried pork with pepper and pickled mustard

2. Cut the pepper and lean meat into strips and mince the ginger. Place on a plate and set aside.

3. Put the lean pork in a bowl, add a little cooking wine and salt, mix well with your hands and marinate for five minutes

4. Add a little dry starch and mix well for later use

10. When the pepper is 80% cooked, add a little salt to make it salty.

11. Pour the shredded mustard tuber into the pot and stir-fry for about one minute

12. Pour the fried shredded pork into the pot, add a little MSG, stir-fry evenly and serve.

13. Finished dishes
