How to make fried steamed buns with seasonal vegetables

1. Cut the steamed buns into small cubes and set aside!

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add white pepper, salt, cooking wine, and two spoons of warm water and mix well!

3. Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and onions and set aside!
