How to make corn steamed buns

Health is more precious than anything else. Without health, no matter how much you have, it will be meaningless. A reasonable diet is an important guarantee for health. Corn steamed buns are easy to make, and the ingredients are everywhere in our lives. They are especially suitable for busy office workers.

1. Prepare a Fruit Juicer and 220 grams of corn kernels.

2. Shake out the corn kernels to get the juice

4. Put together 300 grams of flour, 3 grams of baking powder and 30 grams of white sugar, and add corn juice.

5. What? I forgot to add the corn juice and stir it in one direction with chopsticks. When it becomes floc-like, rub it evenly with your hands.

6. Cover with plastic wrap and let ferment until the flour doubles in size.

7. After fermentation, add a little flour to the wine and knead it evenly.

8. If the surface is very smooth, you are half way to success.

9. Put a little flour on the cutting board and divide the dough into several small portions depending on the size you want to make.

10. Knife cutting (lighting problem, the color is lighter)

11. Arrange them, keeping them a little apart. Let rise again for about ten minutes. Put it in a pot and steam it until cooked. It depends on the size. I steamed it for about ten minutes. After steaming, simmer for three minutes and it’s ready to serve.

13. The finished product. Due to time constraints, I won’t arrange it on a plate. It’s fine as long as it tastes good.

Working long hours has become an excuse for many people to eat out. In fact, the method of making corn buns is very simple, and we should no longer make excuses for ourselves.
