How to make pumpkin blossom stuffed with meat

1. Prepare all materials

2. Remove the green part of the pumpkin flower as shown in the picture.

3. Tear off the fascia of the pedicel as shown in the picture.

6. Rinse with tap water, drain and set aside.

15. Arrange the steamed flowers on a plate. Save the juice for later use.

16. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it, pour in the soup, then add water starch to thicken.
