9. Take a small piece of dough, add a little matcha powder and knead it into a uniform green color. (Note: Due to the light when taking the photo, the green color is a little hard to see)

10. Use a little green flour to make a melon stem shape.

11. Place the prepared pumpkin stem on the top of the pumpkin and press it gently with your fingers.

12. Place fresh corn leaves in the steamer, put in the prepared small pumpkin dough, and let it rise for one hour. Steam over medium heat, turn off the heat twelve minutes after the steam starts to form, and steam for three minutes before removing the lid and taking out the food.
