How to make pork and radish dumplings

Pork and water radish dumplings is a dish that many people like. You don’t need to prepare too many ingredients when making this dish. Simple ingredients can create an extraordinary delicacy. The family sits together and eats this delicious dish. Happiness is as simple as this dish, full of the taste of home and very memorable.

1. Wash the radish and scrape off the black part on the skin.

2. Add water to the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

3. Grate the radish and add a little salt to remove the water.

4. Dice the meat, chop the onion, ginger and coriander, and chop the meat into stuffing first. When it is almost done, put the onion, ginger and coriander on top of the meat stuffing and continue chopping until it is done.

5. Squeeze the shredded radish and chop it on the chopping board

6. Put the chopped radish and minced meat together, add appropriate amount of oil, MSG, vinegar, cooking wine and salt and mix well.

7. Take half of the dough, knead it into strips, and then cut it into small pieces of uniform size with a knife.

8. Roll the small dough pieces into skins

9. Add stuffing to the skin and knead it to complete
