8. Heat oil in another pan and sauté onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant

9. Add hot pepper, red pepper and carrot and stir-fry.

10. Add the fungus and onion, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt, seafood soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder and a small amount of water and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add the cooked meat slices and stir-fry, then add chicken essence, water, starch and stir-fry evenly.

12. Serve on a plate to ensure that the food is colorful, fragrant and delicious.
