How to make green pepper fried steamed buns

Therefore, it is wiser to cook it yourself. The method of stir-fried steamed buns with green peppers is simple and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Dice green pepper, black fungus and shiitake mushrooms. Cut the steamed buns into small pieces.

2. Beat the eggs. Put the steamed bread pieces into the egg liquid and mix well.

3. Put oil in the bottom of the pan. When it is 50% hot, put the steamed buns in and fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4. Return the pan to the stove, add oil and stir-fry the scallions.

5. Add black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and diced green peppers and stir-fry briefly.

6. Pour in the steamed buns

7. Add salt and sugar to season. Sprinkle cumin powder on top when serving.
