How to make delicious alkaline noodles

1. Pour the flour on the countertop, dig a hole in the middle, add salt, edible alkali, cold water and eggs.

2. Knead it into a ball with your hands, knead it repeatedly until it is smooth, and knead it for about ten minutes.

3. After kneading the dough, roll it into sheets and form large thin slices.
