How to make braised pork with wide noodles

After a busy day, coming home and cooking a delicious meal is a way of compensating yourself, and a sense of happiness will gradually arise. The recipe of braised pork with wide noodles is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. It is also very important to control the heat for this dish. It only takes a few minutes to turn off the heat and serve.

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces.

2. Put the pork belly in cold water, bring to a boil, then remove from the pot, rinse with cold water and drain.

3. Dice the apples, cut the ginger into small slices, and cut the green onions into sections.

4. Put the wide noodles into a bowl. If they are too long, break them and soak them in hot water until soft.

5. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pot and add rock sugar to melt.

6. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until coated with sugar color.

7. Add scallion segments, ginger slices, apples and red peppers and stir-fry evenly.

8. Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce and a little vinegar and stir-fry until the pork belly is colored. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for two minutes. Do not leave.

9. Add water to cover the pork belly, put in the star anise, simmer over high heat until boiling, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes.

10. Rinse the softened wide noodles with water and put them into the pot, stir-fry them with the pork belly for a few times.

11. After boiling over high heat, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about ten minutes. At this time, you can taste it to see if the wide noodles are cooked.

12. When the wide noodles are cooked, you can add salt and chicken essence for seasoning.

13. Change to high heat and cook until the soup becomes thick.

14. Serve on a plate.
