13. Prepare a tomato (the amount can be increased according to the number of people in your family).

15.2 Slice the tomatoes (if you are worried that the tomatoes you buy are unsafe, you can peel them. Soaking them in boiling water will quickly peel them).

16. Add appropriate amount of olive oil to the hot pan.

17. Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat.

18. Let it soften slowly and the moisture of the tomatoes will be released.

19. Add appropriate amount of water and cook over medium heat for a while.

20. Add appropriate amount of brown sugar or white sugar.

21. Add appropriate amount of salt.

22. Finally, add some thin starch.

24. Place in a bowl and set aside.

25. After the water boils, put the noodles into the pot.

26. Cook for about one minute until the noodles float up.
