How to make milk steamed buns (made with milk powder)

1. Pour two bowls of flour into a light basin

2. Prepare warm water and milk powder (my milk powder is sweet milk powder, I feel it is quite sweet, so I did not add sugar. If you like it sweeter, you can add some sugar)

3. Pour the milk powder into warm water and stir

4. Pour yeast powder into flour (you can also add it directly into warm milk, stir and then mix it into flour)

5. Pour warm milk into flour and stir

6. Knead into a ball and ferment for 1-2 hours. You can put hot water under the basin to heat the basin to speed up the fermentation.

7. Knead the fermented dough to remove the air.

8. Pick into several pieces and roll into long strips

11. After another 10-15 minutes of fermentation, put it in the steamer and steam it.

12. Steam for about 20-30 minutes. Do not open the lid immediately after it is done. Turn off the heat and wait for 5-10 minutes before opening the lid and serving.
