How to make multigrain rye bread with natural yeast

7. Preheat the oven on the middle and lower layers for about 40 minutes (depending on the temperature of each oven). After baking, take out the cake, turn it upside down to remove it from the mold, and let it cool on the baking rack for storage.

8. Slice and see
