How to make seasonal vegetables with enoki mushrooms

Cooking by ourselves is relatively healthier. The method of mixing seasonal vegetables with enoki mushrooms is simple and can also help promote health.

1. Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the old part at the tail, and tear apart the enoki mushrooms that are connected together.

2. Boil water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms, cook for 30 seconds, then remove from the pot and put into cold water to cool.

3. Wash the cucumber and cut into shreds.

4. Wash and cut the purple cabbage into shreds. Chop the dried chilies.

5. Place the ingredients on a plate and place the dried chilies on top. Add soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to a small bowl and mix well for later use.

6. Heat the oil in the pan. Add the peppercorns and fry until fragrant.

7. Remove the peppercorns.

8. Pour the sauce on the ingredients on the plate.

9. Pour the hot oil on the dried chilies in the ingredients.

10. Mix well and serve.
