Honey Lime Chicken Wings

2. Marinate the chicken wings for half an hour to an hour.

3. Prepare the ingredients. Wash all ingredients, chop shallots, and separate the whites from the leaves. Peel and chop carrots and halve lime.

4. Fry the chicken wings in a pan. Heat oil in a pan over high heat, put the chicken wings into the pan and fry them on both sides.

5. Add seasoning into the pot. Pour all the remaining broth from the marinated chicken wings into the pot, add a sliced ​​lime and the white part of the scallions, and prepare to stew.

6. Steam the ingredients. Heat another pot and put all the carrots into the pot. Steam for about five minutes after boiling. Turn off the heat and add the shallots and simmer. This step is to make it easier for children to eat. Children generally do not eat raw carrots and raw onions, so we cannot add raw ingredients just to make the dish look good. This step makes the dish both beautiful and humane.

7. Stew. Add water to cover the chicken wings, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for about half an hour until the sauce is reduced. Pay attention to the pot to avoid getting stuck, and turn it over once during the stewing process.

8. Serve on a plate and finish work. Garnish with lime, cut a cross on the bottom of the lime, squeeze the juice into the plate, and the fragrance will immediately spread. Pour the remaining soup in the pot over the chicken wings and garnish with the prepared chopped green onions and carrots.
