How to make potato noodles with shacha sauce

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The recipe of potato noodles with shacha sauce is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. No need to fry, deep-fry or stew. Just serve it with clear soup and you can enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash all the side dishes, and soak the potato flour in advance.

2. Prepare the sauce and soup.

3. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and turn to low heat. Add shacha sauce and peanut butter and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add appropriate amount of water, put in Knorr soup stock and boil over high heat until the soup stock is dissolved.

5. Add kelp shreds and meatballs and cook until 90% cooked.

6. Add bean sprouts and dried tofu shreds and bring to a boil.
