How to make teriyaki chicken wings

1. Soak the chicken wings in cold water for half an hour to remove the blood, wash and add cooking wine and black pepper powder, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

2. While waiting, cut the green onion and ginger and set aside

3. Start preparing the teriyaki sauce. The ratio of oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar is 1:2:3:4. Add appropriate amount of boiled water after preparing.

4. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the chicken wings and blanch them. Remove and wash away the foam.

5. Add oil to the pan, add onion and ginger and fry until fragrant.

6. Pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes

7. After 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt, turn on high heat to reduce the sauce, and serve when the sauce becomes thick.

8. A plate of ruddy-colored, rich-juicy teriyaki chicken wings is ready.
