Wash all the vegetables, drain the water from the cabbage and leek; put the carrots, purple cabbage and spinach into the juicer to squeeze out the original juice 2. Heat the oil, add the peppercorns and aniseed, turn off the heat when the oil starts to smoke, remove the peppercorns and aniseed after they cool down, and let them cool down; add minced ginger, salt, pepper, dark soy sauce, and pepper water to the meat filling and stir to make the meat filling firm; cut the cabbage into small pieces, chop it up, squeeze out the water and put it into the meat filling bowl; cut the leek into small pieces and put it in, pour in the cooled oil and stir evenly 6. Take an appropriate amount of each of the four colors, knead them into strips of the same length, and press the four colors together. 7. This is the four-color dough kneaded together. It’s pretty good, isn’t it? 8. Knead the dough and cut it into small pieces according to your preference. Turn the noodles while cutting so that they can be easily pressed into round shapes. 9. Use a spoon to push the dumplings so that they do not stick together. After boiling, cover the lid and turn to low heat. Cook for two minutes. During this time, use a spoon to push the dumplings twice. Then turn to high heat, open the lid and cook until the dumplings float up. 15. The color of cooked dumplings is brighter than that of uncooked dumplings.
